Lab&Trace provides automation of the process of interaction between production services and the laboratory during production, automates quality control of raw materials, mixtures, semi-finished and finished products at all stages of processing, blocks bad batches, not allowing them further into production, provides direct and reverse traceability of products.
Main features:
Manages production tasks;
Creates common electronic journals for lab and production;
Transmits information to ERP-systems of enterprise;
Controls the sending time of the sample;
Verifies the sample and validates each, assigning OK/not OK;
Blocks poor quality batches for subsequent production stages;
Initiates, according to the regulation, the taking of samples and entering the results of the study — manually or automatically from analyzer;
Organizes traceability of genealogy and movement of materials at all stages of processing;
Generates electronic reports on received data, if necessary exports them to Excel.
